Mr. Jacky Furman

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Furman formerly founder and CEO of Sky Capital Markets Ltd and Sky Asset Management Ltd, from the Mishkei Kibbutzim Group.

Backed by over two decades of experience in the FX Market in Israel. During these years served in various executive positions in the Capital Market and Foreign Exchange Dealing Rooms in Banks and additional Financial Institutions.

Holds a B. Com in Economics and an MBA with specialization in Finance.

Mr. Jonathan Gimpelevich

Manager/Director
Mr. Gimpelevich holds two degrees in Engineering and an additional MBA with specialization in Finance and Marketing.

Today, the owner of an economic and business consulting firm, specializing in company development and recovery while raising their value, consults institutions on matters concerning investments and financial risk management, called as an expert witness in the courts on matters concerning sophisticated investments, an academic lecturer for courses in advanced business administration degrees.

Also, authored the book (in Hebrew) “International Options” published by Globes.

Ms. Hila Layhtman, Accountant

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Ms. Leichtman serves as an Accountant and Operations Manager.

Holds Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) with specialization in Accounting and Master of Business Taxes (MBT).

Certified Public Accountant since 2013.

Graduated from the BDO Academy of Finance’s Compliance Officers Training Course.

Itamar Burshtein, Adv

Mr. Itamar Burshteyn, Adv

COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Adv. Burstein serves as legal advisor to the Zim Group, which unites a  group of companies in a variety of areas in the Economy, Finance,  Financing and Insurance, Real estate, Commerce and technological  ventures. Also serves as legal counsel and head of the collection and  litigation department at SR Accord Ltd., a leading public company in the field of finance.

Holds Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from Ono Academic College, 2010.  Certified Attorney since 2012.

Graduate of courses and advanced training, among others in the  following subjects: banknote law, collections and liquidations and  insolvency.

Adv. Burstein graduated from the BDO Academy of Finance’s  Compliance Officers Training Course
